 On
the 1st of October 2008, Essent Netwerk B.V. represented by Managing Director Herman Levelink
and Prysmian Cables and Systems B.V. in Delft represented by CEO Gert Hoefman, signed a new 3-year
frame contract for the supply of low and medium voltage cables. The contract consists of a
substantial quantity of low voltage cables, type Alkudia, 1-core medium voltage cables with
conductor sizes of 240mm
2 up to 630mm
2 solid aluminum and 3-core medium voltage cables, type Kudika.
The price was not the only consideration for Essent but also the reliability,
the good performance of the Prysmian cables and the logistic services.
